The Way of the Goddess by Ananta Ripa Ajmera

In this age of fast-paced world, where life has become so stressful and chaotic. Physical and mental health is very important for everyone. We are continuously bombarded by images and sound. We must turn inside and concentrate on ourselves and inner peace. The Way of the Goddess by Ananta Ripa Ajmera is a self-help guide, which uses ancient Vedic techniques, yoga poses, breathing exercises, flowers, verses (mantras), food, and oil therapy. This book is a very useful tool to achieve peace and balance in life.

The author has co-related the nine days of the Navratri festival of India and the nine goddesses it represents with the nine chakras of our body. The short stories of the Goddess are very informative, and the art and illustrations throughout out is book are excellent, refreshing, and divine. The quotes, affirmations, and mantras are very powerful and good. All the chakras are explained well, there is also a self-help questionnaire, affirmations, and a guide for each of the chakras. The process and techniques explained in this book to balance our chakras are easy to understand, follow, and implement.

The author has also written about her personal experiences, where as a child she struggled to understand the significance of the goddess. She also writes about her struggles and conflicts in life and relations with her parents and partner. She explains about measures adopted by her to overcome them. This book is about the victory of light over darkness and the victory of good over evil. How the Demon that represents everything negative or bad in your life is destroyed by the goddess inside you.

This book is for everyone men and women, people following different faiths. The book is a good read for people planning to live a natural and holistic life.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

There were no typos or errors in this book. The book has been very well edited and the illustration and art in this book are excellent.
