The Pro-Acheivement Principle, by Dr. Deborah S. Bright, is a guide to personal and team development, the positive growth of personal and work ethics. The author’s objective in writing the book is to redefine personal growth and or a productive ethical team of workers and team members. The lessons in the book teaches, how to raise ones standards, in a holistic manner. An elevation of personal practices and a positive productive attitude is broken down lesson by lesson. The author strives to advance personal growth through a positive attitude and by developing responsibleness.

The book defines the various human traits which play a part in everyday life, for example The Perfectionist, The Entitled. The author defines ones input into the work place and life by the difference between ones attitudes and ones moods.

The book has seven lessons not chapters. At the end of each Lesson is a "Takeaway". A " Takeaway" is summary of points for teaching and growth, either by phone, verbally or in meetings. The lessons reflect the different stages of growth. Work sheets and interview sheets are available on pages seventeen and page ninety-three.

Readers will find their personal attitude strengthen and their work ethic deepened. All students and teachers will have their practice's enhanced positively. There is explicitly no negativity in this book, although personality traits are discussed, as the Enthusiast or the Negativist.

My favorite part of the book was reaffirming my personal motto, "if its to be, its up to me". The new words that I learnt were an absolute delight, namely "responsibleness" which refers to positive personality and attitude
as apposed to responsibility which refers to ones duty. The word "tenet", also an old forgot word. Many thanks to the author for the use of beautiful defining words.

The book is well presented and well written, an easy format and a detailed Contents listing. The book is a Bizlet, a quick an easy read, ideal pastime for any waiting room. A Bizlet is a term created by Bright Press, this book is the first in the series of quick reads, as their example states to be read on a flight from New York to Chicago.

There is no profanity nor lieu speech in this book. There is no reference to religion nor ethnicity, either. The book has no sexual references nor any sexual content.

I am delighted to rate this book four out of four stars. A excellent self-help book. The book is a Bizlet, a very quickly read. I read the book while I was waiting, in the queue, to get my covid vaccination. I was able to maintain a positive mood, by adjusting my attitude and my responsibleness to being a pro-achiever, especially when the nursing staff said they would take a ten minute tea break, that lasted thirty-five minutes.

While I think the book has been professionally edited, I still found grammar errors in the Foreward. The book is suitable for all adults and will appeal to all employers, employees, students and teachers, all people whom wish to enrich their sole and attitude or as the book states, their personal tenets.
