Title of book: Health Tips, Myth and Tricks.
Number of pages: 300
Author: Morton E. Tavel, M.D

This book contains vital information that is beneficial to particularly everyone. It is highly informative because it talks on how to improve our daily style of living pertaining to the diet. The book is divided into three head topics: tips, myth and tricks with various subtitles for each. The tips focused more on how to eat healthy diet, what healthy diet to eat and what not to eat. It also focused on the need to be moderate in our intake of some class of food, stating the dangers of excess intake which many of us overlook. The importance of exercise along side the diet was emphasized. The dangers of cigarette smoking to human body was examined, advising participants to quit the act. This book provided answers to many asked questions on health.

The myth focused on gluten diet which is healthy. Drinking hard water is healthier than soft water because of the magnesium and calcium present. Water gotten from the tap is better to consume than bottled water because it contains fluoride which prevents teeth cavity. Organic and inorganic foods and fruits are healthy to consume depending on which you prefer. The above clears your doubt on these issues.

The tricks focused on health advertisements whose products are not valid or reliable and has lots of side effects. From the reduce body fat; build muscle; improve sex life, sleep quality, vision and memory; restore hair growth and color; strengthen the immune system; normalize blood sugar; increase energy; and “turn back your body’s biological clock. Companies advertising products which could do the above never tell of the side effects and dangers attached to using the products. It was advised that good, old fashioned diet and exercise can have the same effect as a “miracle pill.”

I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars because it's topics are well researched with interesting findings stating problems and offering solutions you shouldn't ignore. It was professionally edited because you will not find any typo or grammatical error in it.

For a healthier living, you should have this book at hand, if not for your sake, for the sake of your family or loved one. I like the fact that the author conducted a well in depth research on each topic giving details that are factual and reliable.
