Thanks so much, juliusotinyo. I think William Combs' book, Who Told You That You Were Naked, is fast becoming one of most reviewed books here. It's also significant that the book has enjoyed high ratings from reviewers.

I agree, it's probably the most reviewed book. I commend the author for such a following.

Yes, juliusotinyo, William Combs effort is commendable. It's funny to think that I actually selected that book to review as a new member, not knowing that it was already reviewers' delight, so to speak.

Klare,
I selected it for the cover, my wife's family had made there first apple harvest in 3 years. I had sacks of apples all over the truck when I logged in, I immediately went for the shiny read fruit.

Awwww! Such interesting story behind your choice to read and review Who Told You That You Were Naked? Thanks so much for sharing it here. The obvious biblical undertone of the title as well as the colourful cover illustration also attracted me to the book.

Your review is wonderful! I wasn't sold on this book at first, usually my genre stays within the "fantasy" or "young adult" styles but you have me convinced this is something I might enjoy! Thank you!

I really appreciate your review. I remember reading it before settling in to read for my review, and this was so well written. You highlight some of the things I enjoyed most about the book. (Even if I didn't point them out) One of the things I love about reading a book and then discussing it is how each person brings and highlights a different emphasis, all from one book! Great job!

I sincerely appreciate your thoughtful comments. And yes, what I value in a community like this, is also the different perspectives from which individual readers approach a particular text. It makes the whole exercise so much fun. Thanks very much for stopping by, Kat Berg.

I look at this review and draw some significant lessons from it. You have given your account on the book in a very good way.
The description of the introduction, as well as showing your desire for Combs to describe how the experience at Alaska, as an adult, gives someone thirst for another Combs publications. This is, if at all, he would be willing to share it with his audience.
I have enjoyed reading your review. Kudos.
