Are you looking to sharpen your professional communication skills? Do you want to take your expertise in sales-based work to the next level? In How to be a SuperStar Salesperson, Audri White presents an easy yet effective method for success in sales.

White takes the reader through the process of a sale from beginning to end. She explores all aspects of a sale, from finding prospects and how to connect with people, to how to land a sale and what to do when turned down. White employs several simple models such as the CAPI, SPIN, and FAB methods and teaches the reader how to successfully incorporate these easy-to-remember tools into their work. White gives several examples of each practice throughout the guide, bringing abstract ideas into real-world situations.

I was hard-pressed to find something I didn't like about this book. While this guide is marketed to the sales community, what I appreciated the most about it is that it serves as an excellent resource for anyone who works in a corporate or professional environment. It offers an easily accessible way to learn how to interact with people in a professional environment. If you work with people in any capacity, you will benefit from reading this book. It is short and to the point, enough that one can easily refer back to it in real-time. Another aspect of this guide that I was impressed with is the emphasis White puts on listening to and being respectful toward one's prospects. This guide also had impeccable editing, with no grammar or spelling errors. The only suggestion I have would be to include a subtitle that allows the scope of the book to be extended to include its usefulness in communication skills in a professional environment.

For all these reasons, I rate this book a five out of five stars. I recommend this guide to professional adults who desire to sharpen their people skills at work.
