I absolutely loved this book. I have been searching for ways to enhance my health, both mentally and physically. This book has changed my life and I am grateful for it. I can only attribute the timing to divine intervention.

I gained a lot of knowledge from this book and found it to be highly beneficial in my journey towards natural health and wellness. The amount of chemicals and toxins we are exposed to in our daily lives was shocking and disheartening to learn about. This book has made me aware of the dangers that surround my family and myself, and has provided me with knowledge and tools to make changes for the better. If you want to improve your health, live a natural lifestyle, and become your best self, Fasting Firepower by Marjan is my top recommendation. Every page displays the author's passion for natural health and wellness through fasting. In addition to the author's opinions, thoughts, and experiences, there are also numerous supporting facts from various sources provided. I was particularly fond of the use of many verses and individuals from the Bible as examples throughout the book.

I am of the opinion that this book was not edited professionally. Typos were present, and some chapters felt redundant at times. I agree with the author's criticism of 'Doctor Drug Dealer' and the major corporations that are harming us, but I found the point repeated too often in the book. The organization of the book could have been improved as well. While there is a chapter on herbs, a different chapter mentions an herb that was not related to the topic. It felt out of place. From my perspective, including it in the chapter on herbs would have been a better option. Considering these factors, I am compelled to give the book a 4 out of 5 rating. Although the context is good, it could benefit from better editing.
