I typically find myself diverging away from the classic self help books created to "reshape your life" or "give you a new meaning to life" as they often feel surface level in terms of their advice. However, this was the first book (and I guess this falls under self help books in a way) that felt more like I was listening to a friend rather than listening to stranger spewing what I should and should not be doing. The author's light hearted tone and curt but friendly attitude is showcased in his writing that makes it easy to follow along. His ability to reveal his personal challenges in life and looking on the bright side but all while essentially leaving it on the shoulders of the reader to decide how they want to give meaning to his words/ advice was refreshing. Glad I was able to find such a good read and will definitely suggest it to my peers I would rate this book 4 out of 5!
