Before reading a book these questions must surely come to your mind. My answers are related to Niching up by Chrish Deyer.

Would this be of any help to me?

Yes, if you are pursuing any career involved with Niches. "But I'm not". Then don't worry and simply answer this : Are there any Niches that interests you?

Let's say it does, since Niches ranges from buisness products to reading genres and even clothing types if you know your, well, Niche. While I can't pinpoint to which is yours there maybe there is one or perhaps more you certainly may consider them important and most certainly as enjoyment. Then if I ask. Where do Niches come from?

That is something I can pinpoint to for it is from those who have chosen a career in pursuing them, circling back to my first question. Leading to yes if you say yes at first and still yes if you say no. Now next!

Is the writing style good?

I understand this question very well as an avid reader myself. If there is a topic of interest that you want to read but there is this hesitation in corner of your heart questioning if you would be able to. The answer for this is more complex than a simple yes or no could provide but I would still try.

Chris Deyer, the author of Niching up and the CEO and founder of Rankings.io provides the topic in a well enough manner to both provide his insights as informative and interesting with a sprinkle of analogies that if outside your field would be mildly different but if in your field of interest would be amusing and really fun.

What about the content then?

Saved the best for last. For this you see the author, Chris Dreyer has his many years of experience in the field through having started a Niche and with ,what I would deem, a phenomenal success. The topic is tackled in many ways from the hardships to the benefits and even the grueling but varied processes involved in between. Some of them which I had partial knowledge which I at the time felt was complete but then saw it growing several folds just after my very first read. Being a 4 out of 4 in my review and most definitely very good; above average even.
