Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A. is a thoroughly written self-help book that talks about anxiety and stress.The author gave an explicit explanation of what anxiety and stress are, their causes or triggers, their symptoms, and ways to tackle the disorder. While reading this book, you will uncover chapters on herbal remedies, prescribed medications, probiotics and prebiotics, and natural remedies on how to deal with this disorder. The book explains how anxiety and stress can affect people's lives in general. Many mental health issues can have stress and anxiety as their primary causes. People may not be conscious of effective ways to control stress and anxiety, and these disorders are frequently not promptly diagnosed.

I enjoyed the fact that the book is practical and very understandable; the author used simple terms to describe the remedies. Most medically based self-help books will use medical terminologies that most people will not understand; you also have the choice to use either option alone or in combination as provided by the author; and you are also advised to consult a physician before using any drugs or herbal remedies recommended in the book. In addition to these other topics, the viewers will also discover foods that can help with anxiety and tension, as well as breathing exercises. 

There was nothing I didn't like about the book. Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide gave me new insights, and I was astounded by the wealth of knowledge it offered and how well it enabled me to comprehend the underlying causes and physiological processes of these conditions. I felt better equipped to help myself and people close to me manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

Given that it succeeds in its goal of assisting readers in managing their anxiety and stress without the use of prescription drugs that have side effects and can result in addiction, medicines that only briefly manage the symptoms of anxiety and stress but do not actually treat the condition.

I would give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide was exceptionally well edited because I did not find any errors.

The four groups most likely to gain from reading this book are patients with anxiety disorders and mothers, as the stress of balancing work and family responsibilities is particularly high for them. Teenagers and young adults will also benefit from this book, as they have the opportunity to understand what the author is saying and correct their habits, behaviors, and eating patterns. Also, psychologists and medical practitioners will find this book helpful.
