In A Dream for Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, the author narrated his true life story most understandably and interestingly. Berrah studied medicine at the university and then worked as a lecturer there. But his primary concern was fighting for the freedom of his country. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah was highly intellectual, and his intelligence was visible in his writing and speech presentations. In this book, you will learn about the bad encounters of the author and what finally led him to the desired freedom in France. When you get a copy of this book, you will realize the tremendous benefits of having a passion and going for it at all costs. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is an excellent example every worthy leader must emulate.

I enjoyed the story of Dr. Ghoulem, especially when I learned that his country France was still under the colony of Algeria. His passion for setting his people free after realizing their captivity terrified me. It was his patriotic spirit that made his fame to be known in his country. Dr. Ghoulem still could not give up even after he got arrested severally by his government. His political views and peace writings thrilled me more; he refused to get distracted from his main focus of liberating his people.

Another point I enjoyed in this book was the marriage between Dr. Ghoulem and his fantastic wife. He suspended the rule of his religion and married a woman from the catholic church; this further expressed his desire to abolish discrimination and racism in the land. I will pay attention to the positive efficacy of the pictures used by the author in this book for a better description. Though the photographs are inferior, they depict the old moments captured. This book is a must-read for every rational being.

I could not see any negative aspects in this book. It was thoroughly written and edited with no grammatical or typographical mistakes. Both the author and editor did extremely well; the book was exceptionally well-edited. The author did thorough research and a flashback of his life to bring this memoir into existence. Incredibly, this book will always give knowledge even after decades because the information is indelibly relevant.

This book was delightful to me while I was reading it. Hence I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. Everyone could enjoy the book. The author's unique opinions about colonialism, freedom, and religion can benefit anybody. I could not resist the urge to grade this book a perfect score because I found nothing to dislike. I recommend this book to lovers of historical articles, memoirs, and true-life experiences of people, primarily heroes. History and related international students will benefit a lot from this book. Moreover, I recommend this book to older audiences than young minds or children.
