Review of Reconfigurement
This book Reconfigurement focuses on financial planning. It introduces the concept of "re-configuration," which seeks to promote prosperity and contentment by inspiring people to work hard and save more than they spend. E. Alan Fleischauer stresses the importance of the financial sector and emphasizes that it will be difficult but that it also has great rewards in store for retirement. Many people don't adjust their lifestyles while they are working; they rely on their pensions for retirement, but they should not count on that. 401(k) plans depend on the individuals and the field; most industries do not offer pensions, so we must re-configure our financial planning at any stage to reach our goals. Moreover, re-configuring financial planning teaches us how to manage our income, various investments, and risks. It also reveals why we should invest our money in insurance and security and how the disabled can be protected. Through these readings, we can re-configure our lives, which is the ideal way of planning.
Reconfigurement is an outstanding read! It is extremely easy to read, captivating, well-structured, and impressively illustrated. The jokes are amusing and entertaining, holding the reader's attention throughout. The utilization of quotations and references to research sources makes it effortless to discover more data if needed. E. Alan Fleischauer provides straightforward explanations and elucidations of savings, assisting the reader to comprehend how they can utilize their money for the proper objectives, and how they can save for future objectives and retirement. The last chapter includes a variety of job opportunities, which is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!
There are several assessments in Chapter Three that readers may find to be tedious and time-consuming, as they must refer to an external website multiple times and return to the book frequently. Additionally, the statement that "if the readers are not interested, they can simply move on to the next chapter", could be seen as suggestive of a lack of nuance in the material.
I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. It is highly educational and makes us aware of how we can reconfigure our lives at any stage, regardless of age. This book teaches one many new things, especially about retirement, insurance, and the best funds to invest. Its saving aim is to spend less and save more for a bright future. The book is inspiring for anyone that reads it and takes everything seriously. Everyone is working ahead, but nobody is planning. Most often, people would like to plan financially but don't know how – what is the first step to take? Reconfiguration of finances is an encouraging route for a better-retired life.
I recommend this book to all, especially mature and working-class people, not just the elderly, as maturity is a concept that can be attained by becoming aware of the path that one wishes to pursue and striving to follow it.
