Review of A Dream For Peace
After leaving university, Dr. Ghoulem Berrah goes on to advocate for his country's freedom. His unwavering dedication to this goal was essential to Algeria's independence. He later became the special adviser to the then-president of Côte d'Ivoire, where he tried to resolve conflicts throughout Africa. If you would like to learn how Ghoulem accomplished all of these feats, then you should read A Dream for Peace: An Ambassador's Memoir.
His activism activities actually started after he entered the university. He did his very best work for Mideast peace, sowed the seeds of concord among people of different faiths, and served with distinction in his pursuit of Afro-Arab harmony.
Some things endeared this book, A Dream for Peace: An Ambassador's Memoir by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, to me. First, I love the detailed approach in which the author describes things. It made me see things vividly, and I was able to follow every journey and every activity. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah doesn't write like he's just giving a report of events but writes as though he is conversing directly with the reader. The book stood out from other autobiographies because of its engaging writing style. Second, I love how the pictures of most people in the book were provided. It gave me the visuals I need when they are mentioned in the book or when I think of them. Third, I liked that the author didn't hold back on any part of his life. The book includes his triumphs, accomplishments, negative encounters, mistakes, and even his love life. After reading this book, I had a genuine sense of familiarity with the author. I totally liked how our author could make good use of his chance as a government advisor.
Dr. Ghoulem Berrah writes down a memoir that can lay his life down for others to look at and not only admire but also take the necessary steps to achieve as much as he did, especially in matters of peace. Unlike other authors, the author found an excellent way to reach his audience and impact them regardless of the downfalls they might have undergone in their lives.
There was no negative aspect to this book for me. I loved everything about it, and for this reason, I am rating this book a 4 out of 4 stars. Readers who appreciate reading political books should definitely check out this book. Those looking to learn about African history will find this book useful. Finally, I'd also recommend this book to activists, as the author's determination and resilience can inspire them. While reading this book, I encountered only three errors. This shows that the book was professionally edited.

There is no place like home, as you have rightly said. That is why we should try and make our homes as comfortable and good as possible. This is what Dr. Berrah tried his best to do for his home, Algeria.Chimereucheya Okoroafo wrote: ↑29 Oct 2022, 15:00 A true patriot of his country. It's important to understand that no place is better than home. If home is unsettling, as a citizen, one is required to fix the problems because no matter where we might try to flee to, we'll still remain aliens and we can be pursued. This is one important lessons I learnt from this book. Dr. Berrah is an idol and his work is admirable. Your review is unmistaken and was nice to read.
