Yep The jails are full of customers who were always wrong. Most deny it tho. "I was framed!" or "Louie The Lip did it! I was in St. Louis doing a bank heist!!"

Youre right about barring aliens. Anyone with more of the usual appendages than normal, heads, arms and legs and eyeballs, should be told sorry bud, go back to Mongo or Space Nebula M or wherever youre from. The only problem is, could the pub be sued for discrimination?
