"The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop" by M. Jackson, Lucky, Mr. Beckham, Peanut is a delightful children's book that takes an unconventional approach to introducing young readers to the animal kingdom. Through the eyes and the noses of two dogs, readers embark on a journey through the fascinating world of animal poops.

The story follows the adventures of the two curious beagles as they walk, eagerly sniffing the various animal poops they encounter. From hedgehogs to chickens, bunnies to cows, and even fish, the beagles explore the diverse range of animal poops.

What sets this book apart is its clever and humorous approach to categorizing and analyzing the different types of poop. The authors use fun and scientific lenses, evaluating the droppings based on criteria such as smell, taste, texture, and rarity. This not only adds an element of fun to the story but also subtly teaches children about animal diets.

The illustrations enhance the reading experience, helping children to visualize the various creatures mentioned in the story. One of the highlights of the book is the clever way in which the authors compare the description of poop to that of wine, complete with "notes" detailing what each animal eats.

The authors' writing is both well-crafted and professionally edited, ensuring an enjoyable reading experience. I loved the creativity to express the world seen by two beagles. The way to categorize the poops adds an extra layer of humor to the narrative. I enjoyed the illustrations of the beagles meeting the other animals. I found no negative aspects in this book. Summarizing all of the above, I rate "The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop" by M. Jackson, Lucky, Mr. Beckham, Peanut 5 out of 5 stars.

In conclusion, I recommend "The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop" to parents because it's a book that not only sparks curiosity about nature but also fosters a love for learning.

Cristiano, if it wasn't for your review I would have skipped this book due to the title but it sounds a fun read at bedtime for my son so I'll give it a go.
