Sometimes bad incidents occur, and the people it affects usually think they got cheated by fate. Well, if this book has taught me one thing, it is that everything that has happened was meant to happen, and everything that is meant to happen will happen. In It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us All by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes is a satisfying book that delves into diverse topics with similar themes. Throughout the book, the author tries to encourage and mentor the reader, and at its end, he provides 11 tips that everyone should live by. Other parts of the book focus on motivational talks. The author treats the reader like he is their bigger brother and incorporates a lot of advice that could help one grow. He talks about quitting bad habits and addiction and provides healthy lifestyle techniques for anyone willing to learn.

At the start of this book, I found a philosophical question that evoked a sense of meaning in me. As the narrative delved further, I felt sympathy for unfortunate people. What I enjoyed about this book is how the author uses examples to make his concepts more understandable. He uses popular references from movies and fictional books, making the discussions more relatable. I like how the author uses a neutral approach to discuss religious matters. He neutrally talks about Jesus and includes some worthy quotes from famous people across history.

Nothing is disconcerting about this book. I liked every aspect of it, and the author made his narration more enjoyable by using casual diction. The editing of this book is also fine; in fact, it was outstanding because I cannot recall any instances where I stopped due to grammatical blunders. I rate this book a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars due to all its positive aspects, which I have mentioned in this review. I recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying read about life and philosophical and motivational topics.
