Argentinian businessman and author Fabian Videla has written a masterpiece called Breaking the Mold: Remodeling your Way to Success.

This book engages the reader from its very first page. It is very inspirational and highlights the ups and downs in the author’s journey from rags to riches.

From the outset, I will say that I rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars , as not only is it very well edited, but the chapters are very short, which makes it an easy and enjoyable read.

I particularly appreciate that a lesson on how to become and remain successful immediately precedes each chapter of the book. Videla then explains this lesson in the chapter while also giving a real-life example of it from his many experiences as a businessman.

This book also takes you on a journey from starting a business to ensuring its success. It provides pointers on the steps needed to start a business, how to market the business so as to attract and maintain customers, as well as how to surpass one’s competitors. Information on how to price one’s goods and services is also made available in this book.

The content has a light tone with a proper balance of humour and formality. I would recommend this book to persons aged 13 years and older who have an interest in becoming entrepreneurs. It is worthy of mention that this book focuses a lot on the construction industry, as this is the industry in which Videla operates. Nevertheless, the lessons provided on establishing a successful business are not limited to the construction industry. These lessons are applicable to all business sectors.

Videla’s organization of his book can in no way be improved. As a matter of fact, he even shares a look into the perceived future of his company in the epilogue. This emphasizes his call for people to visualize their future and work towards achieving it. A summary of all of the lessons on success is also provided to close off his written production. It is clear that Videla wants his readers to succeed.

In all honesty, I urge persons who need an instantaneous burst of inspiration to start their own businesses to read this book. They will not be disappointed. Good job, Videla!
