Topics associated with stress and anxiety are covered in this book. First, the writers Alexandra and Gustavo outlined each category of stress and anxiety, including its definition, signs, and underlying causes. They also discussed the relationship between anxiety and mental and physical health, as well as possible therapies, which can include both medical and non-medical methods.
The explanation of how common cognitive disorders are overgeneralized and personalized, the entitlement game, effects, emotional reasoning, and many other topics are covered in detail in the chapter on diet. Therapy is offered as a way to get past it, and a few key strategies include writing everything down, recognizing the unpleasant experience, and addressing any negative emotions.

The writers proceeded on to discuss remedies, which is the larger section. The first section focuses on nutrition-based treatments and includes information on probiotics, prebiotics, minerals, proteins, amino acids (including Lysine, L-Arginine, and Gaba), and supplements (like 5-HTP). It also includes a list of products that contain these ingredients and how to utilize them.
The introduction to several herbal treatments such as chamomile,
L-theanine, HOPS for sleep problems, valerian roots for insomnia, passionflower, gotu kola, ashwagandha, and many more clarifies the use of these remedies. For more details, availability, usage, and side effects are discussed.
Concerning natural therapies, With the use of knowledge on trans fats and sodium, regular breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and diet forms are covered. Making the proper food choices is prioritised.
The following treatments—visual therapy, TMS, magnetic therapy, and app-based therapy—are technologically oriented.
Exercise is included in the category of stress management and treatments. The benefits of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, the emotional quadrant, and complementary therapies including aromatherapy, music therapy, noise therapy, and acupuncture.

This book receives a 4 out of 5 rating from me. The books' advantages include their clear data segmentation and step-by-step explanations for the reader's comfort. It is admirable that the author's wealth of experience and knowledge shaped the book's composition. They put a lot of effort into writing the book, which addresses the underlying cause, symptoms, and remedies.
The challenge that prevented me from giving five stars is the information regarding the use of specific mgs or pills of medicine, which might be confusing and cause common people to overuse or utilize them improperly. Certain sections contain textbook-style material about chemical composition and minute specifics of intake, which makes it difficult for average readers to learn, interpret, and apply correctly. The enthusiasm naturally decreases when something is difficult to realize, with the exception of these variables; the rest of the book was informative. I think the editing team did wonderful work providing an error-free book, and I suggest this book to anyone who wants to learn more about mental health and how to take care of it.

I do occasionally have anxiety, so the idea of using supplements to treat it intrigues me. However, the lack of precise dosage references makes me hesitant to read this book.

Once again, you crafted a thorough review. You highlighted the salient aspects of this valuable resource of natural remedies. I also read this book and was impressed by the number of remedies to choose from. If someone is experiencing severe anxiety and stress and cannot receive professional help, this book will be a good place to start for their self treatment. Most of the resources are easily accessible. Great review! :techie-studyinggray:
