This book is an excellent golf resource. We can learn more about its interconnected aspects as the author has detailed her journey and guided us through her experience.

Every journey begins when we make the decision to start. The same goes for the author. When she decided to become a professional golfer, she didn't have a great deal of support. She began to trust herself, took a significant step towards her goal, and prepared herself for better opportunities with guidance from her coach, Chuck Hogan. Based on this experience, she believes that establishing our beliefs, controlling our thinking, and making our own decisions are crucial skills to have if we want to achieve our goals. As a neuro-linguistic programming expert, the author included NLP techniques that help the brain harness the power of imagination.

The book utilizes techniques and expertise to explore the mental, physical, and combined aspects of improvisation for better outcomes. Mental techniques focus on training the brain. This includes observing the target, analyzing other's performance, self-belief, memory retention, leveraging experience, adaptability, and various other topics. These are thoroughly discussed with concrete examples, practical exercises, and suggestions for enhancement.
One of the most significant subjects in mental ability is how to effectively use memory resources in improvisation. In the game aspect, this segment creatively demonstrates how to gather an analytical report of bad shots from memory and convert them into good shots by replaying them while applying good technical improvisation through visual and brain power, in addition to how a simple memory can change history and the future all together because the brain is adaptable and requires proper training, which is described in detail.

Mentally and physically combined Applications are necessary when creating shots from memory. At the moment of practice, using memories to produce the next shot requires both physical and mental strength. As a result, numerous aspects of how to effectively use both power are covered.
After learning about mental method, the next step is to apply it to games in physical form. So physical control is also essential, and the most essential elements are practice, practicing for superior performance, and following routines.
A disciplined individual can only accomplish certain things in life. A regimen adds volume and quality to the game, which are beneficial not only in golf but in any task environment. This part included a variety of subtopics associated with golf's physical skills, such as how to handle a club, yardage finders, swings, selecting a golf range, and, most importantly, staying healthy and stable. The health advice is presented to help us stay fit and healthy for the game, as well as to stay youthful forever.

This book deserves five stars for its excellent combination of knowledge, expertise, research, encouraging words, and golf-specific activities.

The author deserves recognition for her research, visual representations, points table, and for providing us with a detailed and informative book. Although I am not a golfer, it provided me with an illusionary sensation of playing at some level. Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to take charge of the club. There were broad suggestions about training ourselves for any work category. There were no disliked topics or unacceptable techniques. It's a well-written book with rich information. The author made efforts to create exercises for the readers and handpicked the perfect fitting quotes from well-known people. This is called a skillful presentation with a combination of required elements, research works, reference data, methods, etc. The editing team did a good job and presented us with an error-free book, so it doesn't have any demerits.

I recommend this book to all golfers, spectators, and individuals contemplating joining a golf club, as well as non-golfers interested in learning about the game.

This book feels like a longer version of its pocket-sized counterpart. The explanations in this book are more detailed and comprehensive in my opinion. The data and research findings presented to support the knowledge shared are also beneficial to follow, and I agree with you on that. Thank you for writing this review.
Your Sincerely

I am a believer in the techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Having a mind free of negative thoughts and having clear, focused visions of how your next shot will play out go a long way to improving one's golf game. Thank you for this informative review. :techie-studyinggray:

Even though I know nothing about golf, I am an amateur footballer, and I have trained under some mastermind coaches. I know how training for a sport is. It is not only the physical training but also the mental training that prepares you the best for the game.
Thanks for the review.
