Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute is an exhilarating book encouraging readers to break free from other people's expectations and discover their own dreams. The book is filled with life lessons and practical exercises to unlock dream realization strategies. It is divided into two parts which are dream sparks or discovering your dream and realizing the dream or realization strategy. Part 2 is meant for people with dreams but find it difficult to execute them. Most dreams die before they ever get a chance to grow and that is what the author is depressing by encouraging readers to engage their own entrepreneurship mojo, ignite bold dreams and lead boldly. The book is more of an encouragement dose than a novel, readers can choose chapters which favor them and sit with until they stick.

Jeff Meyer urges leaders to implement their dreams and dream big. They are also encouraged to identify and articulate a clear forward direction so that they do not adopt the expectations of others in place of their own. The author wants to spark leaders to envision their future with the clarity necessary for realization. There are a few exercises to try like marinating, memorizing and meditating. These exercises will help you to be accustomed to instant gratification, achieve repetition and rest or focus. Fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, pure, right and admirable along with working toward achieving your dreams.

There is nothing negative about this book. The author is encouraging readers to have their own dreams and stop living other people's dreams and expectations. In an age in which the opinions of men dominate our mental landscape, we need to make an effort to hold to God's truth. The author is motivating readers to cultivate friendships by creating time to sit for a spell which will help them to get to know each other better.

I rate this book four stars out of four stars. It was well-edited.

I recommend this book to Christians struggling to dream big and having difficulty with executing them. This book will deepen your insight into your own resistance to pursuing your dream and discover new ideas that stir your own creativity. You will also find new courage to be yourself and nourish your resolve to stay on course.
