Final Act by Van Fleisher is a book crafted with suspense, thriller, revenge, and horror. It is a book about a genius name Vijay Patel who invented a watch that could analyze blood properties and accurately predict the wearer’s death date. In today’s chaotic politics and a lot of diversity among us. You can imagine what will happen when someone knows he can commit many atrocities with absolutely no consequences because he will be dead in a few days anyway. In Final Act, we will follow the genius scientist Vijay Patel with FBI agent Zoe Brouet as they try to curb the many crime and murders committed by final notice recipients.

Final Act by Van Fleisher is the second book of The Final Trilogy Series. This book was nicely edited, but it has a mildly captivating plot. I said mildly because the book couldn’t captivate me, I didn’t get the punch or spark I always get when reading a book I thoroughly enjoy. After reading the blurb of the book, I was expecting a lot of thrills, anxiety, and an electrified experience but I got none of that.

The only positive aspect of the book to me is that a few deserving people got to carry out their revenge on some inhumane people. I’m pleased that even though the FBI and Vijay Patel are working with all hands on deck to stop the raising crime rates of the final noticed recipient, a few served an act of well-deserving revenge.

Conclusively, I really couldn’t get my head into the book. I’m not saying it’s a bad book or don’t read it. It’s just that the book couldn’t pull me in. Maybe it's because I didn’t read the first book which is why I didn’t enjoy it. But I think a few people might enjoy it. This is why I am rating this book 2 out of 4 stars.

I will recommend this book to Sci-Fi and tech lovers. And if you don't mind a light description of same-sex relationship. I will also recommend reading the first book before this one. You might understand and like it better.
