A crime story that focuses on exposing and punishing criminals seems engaging and creative. The characters of Alex and Lara are psychologically interesting. It is not common to see sociopaths who attack criminals. It seems an interesting option for lovers of crime and detective books and also includes romance and family.

I'm fascinated by the way this book exposes some of life's grey areas. The foundation on which the assassin-couple and their very ‘profession' are corrupt. Yet their deeds in battling crime are noble. Your review brings out this aspect of the book very well.

It is always nice to learn new things from reading, in this case, how to detect a scammer. Lovely review.

I love a good crime thriller but I never would have thought of approaching it as a cautionary tale. But you are right. It's important to understand how criminals work to prevent crime. And I always appreciate some smart humor!
Great review.

A nice crime thriller book "Black Hat/White Hat: A tale of Good is Evil" by Glenn Della-Monica. The story follows Alex and Lara, who are in pursuit of punishing criminals. An entertaining read.

This sounds like a great book with lots of knowledge and detail about cyber-crime and scammers. I really enjoyed the interaction with the Russian police at the beginning of the book and the dialogue that takes place.

From the beginning of this book, we can see how torture and threat are carried out in the underworld and also how individuals in fear of the repercussion if they fail to adhere to such rules are punished. They trail you and find out meaningful information about you, your family, and your friends. It looks like an action-filled book with lots of crime but also the good side is revealed.

I liked the way the story unfolded in the sample. Well-drawn characters as well. However, the Russian words were written in a strange way...

Crime fiction is not really my thing, so I will avoid reading this book. Cody's choice seems intriguing and the plot is well thought out. Congrats!
