The book “Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks” talks about the most common health beliefs and practices. These are very timely and come in very interesting for a lot of people. It is because most of these are being practiced and used by a lot of individuals not really knowing whether these beliefs and common notions are truly beneficial for their health or not. This book will enlighten its readers with what is true and not when it comes to their health habits.

The topics that it tackles are very common and the readers will easily relate to it. With this, reading the book becomes very interesting for a lot of people since it talks about common and usual health beliefs and practices. Interesting topics like bottled water, chocolate eating, weight loss myths and many others will keep the interest of the readers to this book intact.

Dr. Morton E. Tavel is very reliable with what he has discussed in his book. Not only because of his profession but also because he has backed up his statements with solid researches, opinions of other professionals and numbers. Dr. Tavel has successfully made medical ideas become a simpler matter to understand which makes his book interesting and engaging. He has used simple, basic and easy to understand ideas so that the readers will not feel like they are in a class discussion.

The book is informative, helpful and can easily connect with its readers. The best part of the book is the conclusions added at the end of each and every topic or chapter. The conclusions are written in an accurate and relate-able way that its readers will instantly think about their health once they read it. The tips are also very practical and not complicated at all. Basically, Dr. Tavel would just want to share a beautiful message and that is to stay natural when it comes to health. Natural health habits will yield better quality of life.

All in all, the book “Health Tips, Myths and Tricks” by Dr Morton E. Tavel, MD is a great read for people who would like to improve their health.
