The Real secrets of life by Krishna Jagarnath is such an interesting book that talks about the importance of spiritual growth that we must believe in truths of life. We must know that God himself is love by making sincere prayers no matter the kind of one's faith God does miracles. One must also realize his true identity. He goes ahead to advise that if we view everything and everyone in relation to the divine because the divine resides within, then we will be able to appreciate and respect all people and also respect all religion.

The author makes it easier by outlining the fundamental values to live by. For instance how does one need to embrace peace and unity? Before speaking unnecessarily we need to practice Triple Filter Test which entails truthfulness, goodness and usefulness. Avoid being judgemental. Moreover remind yourself that you are responsible of everything that happens to you above all respect for oneself, others and environment.

I loved that the author talks about health and all through cautions the reader of bad eating habits on choice of food. Having had a problem on bowel movement, Krishna has advised that it is so important to follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle that is eating and sleeping properly. One needs to eat more freshly cooked food, green leafy vegetables and avoid wheat and wheat products.

Krishna encourages us to always be very positive in life. Watch our thoughts, words and actions, believe in oneself as we are a part of the divine. I am impressed by this statement that one can always learn something from someone even that you dislike and someone that dislikes you. Therefore, we should learn to make someone happy if we also want to be happy. Its not only guiding one on the ways to lead a spiritual life but it is motivating and really encouraging. I am really encouraged about Krishna's life testimony that I need to always do my best in everything and accept whatever outcome.

I rate The Real Secrets of life 3 out of 4.Because it is an easy read book full of advises, excellent understanding with impeccable writing. I enjoyed it enabling me identify the values that I have not been living up to thus will put them into practice respect being the key no matter where you come from the kind of faith or rather religion. I recommend it to everyone including leaders, parents and youths.
