Upon reading this book and the lead lady character’s last name, Longbottom, I was immediately reminded of one of the characters from the movies of Harry Potter, Neville Longbottom, as well as the accent that they would have knowing that they’re in Australia, I had been reading it with an accent myself.
This book is erotic yet emotional and fun filled. Traditional at some point but welcomes the new generation. It encourages you to feel everything and seeing the pain through the depths of the soul allowing a person to heal and make them understand that things simply happens for a reason and that it's alright to forgive and move on.
Marrying a Playboy Billionaire by H M Irwing is not the kind of book that you'd want to read during a bus or train ride going to work however it's very much a book to read during a rainy day and you're at home. Why? Because if you’re like me who can imagine the details and descriptions this book is offering, then the heat they feel whenever they are near each other can be very much felt on where they are being described.
I hate the part during Aria’s engagement party where she simply ignored the presence of her cousin Linda and her ex-boyfriend Dale. I wish she had the courage to face them and tell them how she really felt about them.
I liked that though, Aria had her struggles fogging her mind, she was able to sort things out and finally had the courage to give Love a chance, only this time embracing the pain that comes with it. Knowing that she is finally being able to overcome her doubts and fears of the what ifs made admire her.
Justin Kay’s description is simply irresistible and had me drooling at some point, however, his mischievous side had me wondering what he’s hiding. I also love that his declaration of love was right down honest and truthful which made me melt.
I liked the part when Aria’s mother started defending her against her cousin Linda. It happened during the gown fitting, when Linda toyed about the idea of Aria being pregnant and that her mother told Linda of and be out of the wedding at the same time they were happy knowing that they will soon have a grandchild made the upcoming celebration happier.
I also love the idea of Aria, arriving at the wedding ceremony area via horseback riding. It was so outback with a lot of funny moments. With Ash having to carry her instead because of her gown and that they are already running late along with Aria’s mother having to stop several bikers to give them a lift.
I had a great time reading this book and would very much recommend this to adult and romantic readers because of too much sex scenes and due to that I’m giving it a 3 out of 4 stars, not that I didn’t like them, it’s just that it could have been somehow reduced a notch down.
