This book gives examples in each chapter of how you can live more authentically at home, during social situations, and at work. The steps help you deal with your anxiety and stress to meet your desired destiny. The questions/workbook at the end of each chapter to help you to deeply dig into each step to help you crack the code of a successful well-balanced life.

I recommend reading this book to anyone who is struggling in their life whether personally or professionally to open their mind and try using the steps outlined to bring you back to the center to live more authentically and achieve your goals.
