I like the book it took me abit of time to connect with the book but when i realise the kind of message the book carries i was astonished, we often overlook kids behaviour and label them as " sensitive or attention seekers" not knowing they are canaries, this book is a eye opener for me as a mother, i like how hanna's parents stood by her side throughout, when her school seems to dismiss the idea of hanna being bullied at school, not acting accordingly, her parents believed in their child and kept fighting for their child, kids with special needs more support in school and at home, the writer came out with such a educational real life story, about children with special needs and bullying, this book raises awareness too so we create a safe space for this children in the future , thumbs up to the writer she did a great job, i would recommend this book to any parent or school teacher, or anyone who is handling kids, every child is different in their own unique way
