Purpose – Design a Community & Change Your Life: A Step-by -Step Guide to Finding Your Purpose and Making It Matter by Gina Bianchini is a practical and experienced based guidebook to support you on your purpose or new purpose journey.

The author asks many times ‘do you want to set a clear intention for how you spend your time, talent, and energy?’ It is not just an exercise in self-exploration, Gina Bianchini offers that the power of community can help you realize your ‘Big Purpose’ or multiple purpose in honor of realizing your own potential and fulfillment and penultimate Why. Bianchini provides a self-guided framework, thought provoking questions and tangible outputs for you to explore what excites you, what gets you out of bed in the morning.

The journey begins with digging into what makes you special and unique, what you like to do and do not like to do, has you acknowledge your current story, and craft your future story by ‘Time Traveling’ through possibilities. These possibilities are brought to life through the creation of a community for those who need a community of your creation the most right now.

Gina Bianchini as the CEO and founder of Mighty Networks, a digital community space and the creator of Community Design TM a framework to grow online communities is well suited to guide you in using digital technology on your journey from surviving to thriving in community with others.

The writing is clear and supportive. The author provides real-world examples, including excerpts from her own purpose journey, to illustrate how the tools she provides connect to the step-by-step guide.

I highly recommend “Purpose – Design a Community & Change Your Life: A Step-by -Step Guide to Finding Your Purpose and Making It Matter” to everyone who is intrigued by digging deeper into their Why and making their vision actionable.
