R.F. Kristi’s novel, Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula, is a fascinating series that tells the story of a well-traveled detective agency that consists of Inca, a snoopy cat, and her company of animal friends.

The book opens with Inca introducing her family and members of her detective agency. Shortly after returning from Sri Lanka, where they solved a mystery at a local museum, the team is excited about traveling to South Korea. Their owner, Missy, has been invited to be a judge at a French competition while also showcasing her new recipe. However, during their travels, they encounter another human, Enzo, who plots evil against Missy. They also meet Ye-Jun, their host in South Korea, who tells them how his sister, Ji, and her cat have moved to North Korea, which led to their separation. Will they be able to save Missy’s recipe, or will Enzo succeed in sabotaging everything? Will they reunite Ye-Jun and Ji? Read this book to find out.

It's an interesting and adventurous book by R.F. Kristi called Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula. I found it difficult to put down once I started reading because I was really curious to find out how a group of animals could solve mysteries. This book made me understand the importance of unity, as they had to come together as one to uncover problems, each with their own unique strengths and abilities. The author made it a pleasant read for both adults and children. I liked Inca the most out of all the characters because he is very daring, ready to take on any task and see it through to completion. He is also the mastermind of the group.

Since I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I have no complaints to make about it. The entire novel is captivating and keeps you on the edge of your seat; it is a total page-turner. Additionally, it was incredibly fun as i saw things from the point of view of animals, which is different from books I normally read. This book was exceptionally well edited, and for these reasons, I give it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

If you have kids or love pets, I suggest you read this book, as it takes you into their world. I also believe it will be enjoyable for people who love mystery.
