Over the years, I watched a movie about the Korean peninsula. I can vividly remember how I couldn’t understand it, yet I kept watching it. It was a very interesting history that I loved. But then, there was a significant impact that this book had on my life. My zeal for history increased, and it was due to the exposure I received while still a child. The reason I remembered this is simple. This is a children's book that also briefly talks about history. Every child would enjoy this read.

Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula is a book authored by R.F. Kristi, among other of her works in the Inca book series, of which this book is part. A quick introduction and family tree are given before the start of the book, which define each role the characters play in the detective agency. This agency is reputable and has a lot of work that speaks for itself. Every book in each series has at least one mission embarked upon by this agency. In this book, we saw this agency do things that amazed everyone. Grab a copy of this book to get the full gist.

From the start of the book, I have already started to outline things I liked about this book. There are a lot. Without many interviews, I can judge that the author is one who loves and has pets because the realistic description she apportioned to these characters can only be done by someone who loves pets. I so much enjoyed my reading, and though I am an adult, I still had fun reading it. I was also glad the author ensured that the book was colorful and brief; this is what children look for while reading.

Due to the few errors, I noticed I would rate this book four out of five stars. I gave it this rating because the book was short and was meant for children; it should undergo a very careful edition so it won’t affect the learning ability of children.

I recommend this book to every parent and child. There are numerous lessons a child can get from this book.
