Reconfigurement is written by E.Alan Fleischauer. He is a award winning author, poet. His writings are trustworthy. He is well good in financial management.
Reconfigurement:
Reconfigurement means rearranging something here the author talks about rearranging and planning a life. And he also talks about what should be done after retirement. It consists of 13 chapters.
He talks about Americans, their reality and traditions. He says everyone should plan working the job we love, what should be done after retirement, fun after retirement, investment, life protection, health insurance. The chapters are based on retirement planning, social security and strategies.
Everyone should give importance to retirement as they treat their job. He says that retirement life is a important part of life. We should have plan for retirement. Reconfigurement financial planning is about reconfiguring your life at any stage and planning ahead. The book talks about financial plan.
He says that the period of 40-50 years is time to reconfigure for second career. Reconfigurement is possible at any age, assessment and work values.
He talks about career choices, good career move for us, your talents, work value suits you most, work value will make you success and happy, assessment focus on.
