There are negative impacts on the human body when we overstress ourselves. We need to learn how to manage anxiety and overcome stress. The book Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A. will teach you how to manage stress and anxiety.

The causes and symptoms of stress are stated in this book. Headaches are one of the common symptoms of stress. When the body is stressed, humans tend to feel headaches and weakness. If not treated properly, this could aggravate other illnesses. According to Gustavo Kinrys, emotional tensions are mostly caused by anxiety and stress. He also stated that fear is one of the major causes of anxiety disorders. This is an educational book that educates readers on the need to reduce stress and the natural ways in which we can overcome anxiety. Anxiety disorders can be triggered as a result of a traumatizing experience or phobia. Grab a copy of this book to learn more about stress and anxiety.

This is a self-help book from which readers can learn. It contains relevant information and directives on how to manage stress and anxiety so they don't affect your health negatively. Anxiety and stress are part of the human experience. It occurs frequently or occasionally. All we need to do is to manage them so they don't affect our health negatively. I enjoyed every part of this book. It was perfectly written with no information left out on what I needed to know about stress and anxiety. I commend the authors for this informative book. They provided relevant information, which would be helpful to readers. I feel so happy that I came into contact with this book. I learned a lot of things from this book that would help me live a good life. I learned that high blood pressure can be a result of stressing too much. I also learned that synthetic drugs are not final solutions to anxiety and stress; they only help to manage the condition.

I found no negative aspects in this book. I loved every part of it, and I didn't dislike anything about this book. The book was perfectly written. I commend the authors for the choice of words they used in writing this book. It was easy to read and comprehend. After reading this book, I would definitely practice every step and technique prescribed by the authors to overcome stress and anxiety naturally. I applaud the authors for providing a grocery store shopping list and also for the inclusion of several tables of remedies.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I detected no errors in this book. This shows it was exceptionally well-edited. I recommend this book to those who love reading self-help books.
