Review of Health Tips, Myths, and Tricks
TIPS, MYTHS AND RIPS:A physician's Advice by The Care Group,LLC is a book that goes on to give an account of tips about health and wellness, common misconceptions regarding our physical make-up and tricks that people do to rob consumers off their money. The author of the book gives his views regarding measures one can carry out to maintain their health. He goes on to mention various ways that can help one to reduce weight safely by avoiding other unconventional means which may harm the body rather than benefit it. He warns consumers of different methods that may be harmful to their lives and gives a list of helpful methods which help them get desirable results. He goes on to talk about myths common among people which may be false or true. The author also talks about tricks done by other personnel or companies with the aim of robbing off consumers of their money.
I like how the author gives the reader tips regarding their health and wellness which upon incorporation into their lives will hopefully create a healthier and longer physical outlook. I like how he goes on to warn the reader of unconventional methods which may do more harm than good to the body. For one looking to reduce their weight, I like how the author gives advice on safer ways to go on about it. I also like how the author gives insights to the reader concerning tricks carried out by individuals and companies with the aim of robbing consumers off their money. This helps warn the reader to be careful as they go on about carrying on with their daily lives. The author corrects the reader on a few misconceptions they had believed to be true or false thus setting things clearer for him/her.
The book is informative and interesting to read. I don't think there is any negative point to it.
The book gives the reader helpful information and knowledge concerning their daily to daily lives. It helps him/her learn different truths and methods which upon incorporation are helpful. I will give the book a four out of four stars rating considering its exceptional editing.
The book involves scientific findings, data and helpful conclusive evidence which upon incorporation to one's daily activities may have positive impacts. I would recommend it to food researchers, scientists and those with love for general well-being of their health and overall physical outlook in their lives.
