Hello,

I won giveaway and was asked to verify my identity before they send my prize. As I followed the link to start verification I realized that it's huge issue, because as I found out "Before we can verify your identity using your government-issued ID, you must first submit your address on the Payment Profile Page" which leads me to believe that ID requested for verification must have picture and address, but it is impossible for me since government-issued ID in my country has no address listed! Please can anyone say what should I do in this case?

This sounds frustrating. I think you may receive a faster response if you use the Contact Page. That page is monitored more than this one, and the moderators will respond pretty quickly.
