I rate You, This is me...OVER?! a 1 out of 5 stars.

The reasons for giving this book such a low rating lay not in the purpose of the content, but mainly the layout. For a drama/poetry type book, the chapters make sense as they are written in a diary submission format. This feels appropriate for the poetry and explanations. Unfortunately, there were so many grammatical errors that it was difficult to get through. It is understood that the purpose of the authors writing style was so that others who have shared experiences with them are able to relate more than an academic or self-help type of format, but this felt more like a compilation of social media posts rather than a journal type book.

This work could be improved by editing grammar errors, clarifying an outline of the story with more direction and guidance, and establishing more of a purpose for the story. The author presumes to want this story to be a resource for other veterans who struggle with extreme PTSD who do not want to read an overly-medical verbiage book.
This book was written by someone who it seemingly thinks that writing a book only consists of typing words, and ignored outlining anything or clarifying a purpose.

Some strengths of the story include the vulnerability of the author, how they have coped over time, and how they thoroughly explained the lingo of the military that I as an average reader would not know.

This book appears to have not been edited at all, even by the author. There were more than 10 errors present.

I appreciate the drive of the author to want to help others with their story, and this work could do a lot of help in the mental health community for veterans once it is polished more.
