This book sounds interesting and but I'll pass it because I don't like its content. However, I really enjoyed reading your review because it is detailed, thanks.

The book's cover piqued my interest as soon as I looked at it so I was genuinely happy to learn it deals with LGBTQ issues - something I'm passionately interested in. I'm definitely checking And Man Made God In His Image out! Thank you for your great review!

While I am concerned about the author singling out Christianity as you mentioned, I am interested in learning more of what the author has to say. Thanks for a great review.

“So, I believe that the hate comes from several parts of the Bible.” I beg to differ with the author a bit. I don't think the Bible stimulates violence and hate. The Bible provides God's laws and standards that those who choose to be His friends can observe. The Bible encourages people to be peaceable and love fellow men. I think there are people who don't want to become God's friend, but wrongly use the Bible to satisfy their interests. I'm not sure whether I'll read the book because Drama and poetry books are not my kind of thing. I'll skip the book. Congratulations on being the BOTD though.

The issue of the gay fraternity and how they suffer violence is very sensitive. I love the review,it's well done.

I'm intrigued by this book, although the problems presented in the review might bother me, but I'm willing to get past them.

If you ask me, the author's position on the matters in the spotlight is controversial as it were. Having said that, I believe the author can find better ways to present this argument. So, I won't add it. Great review!

To me love is love and no one should judge it. Each religion has its own perspective on love and marriage. I also don't agree with the author stating just Christians are prejudiced on this subject. That being said, I enjoyed the review and look forward to reading this book.

The Bible teaches that intimacy is reserved for married people made up of a man and a woman. While I don't support the violence committed against gays, I don't support the movement either. I stand by what I've learned from the Bible, regardless of popular opinion labelling its contents as myths. It cannot be a source of violence since it preaches love for God and love for neighbor. Thus, this book's subject matter doesn't interest me, and I'll pass. Thanks for the review.

What an insightful review, thank you very much. The topic of the book describes exactly what the world has turned God to be, there way in which things are happening shows that men has now made God instead of it being the other way round. And the fact that it involves issues of the LGBT community as well is a bonus. However, i would personally prefer not to read it, the review has cleared the air for me on that.

And Man Made God In His Image by David C Done sounds pretty good. The title of the book is intriguing. Any book that has to do anything with the Bible is a must read. I will consider reading it. Congratulations to the author on the BOTD. Great review!

I believe this is a book of hate, not just about hate. To point the finger at one religion is wrong. There are many people out there with hate towards homosexuality. I, a Christian, have no hate for it. This book makes the assumption that as a Christian I must hate homosexuals, and therefore the author hates me. Hate will only end when we stop labeling people and just see the individual and their actions. It is not for me to judge, but to love my human brothers and sisters.
