Killing Abel by Michael Tieman is a biblical book that talks about the beginning of creation. The book describes how God created man and woman, that is Adam and his wife Eve, who later became parents to Cain and Abel. They were created and placed in the beautiful garden of Eden. However they were deceived by Lucifer, and they ate the forbidden fruit. Nevertheless, God still loves them, but this attracted a curse, both on Lucifer and on them. However, God is still a God of Mercy and Compassion to them. This book covers the time of Noah and the flood.

The positive aspects of this book are what it teaches, that man was created to depend on God, their failure began when they tried to operate outside what God have for them. Adam and Eve were placed in a place where they can worship and adore their Creator, the beautiful garden had what they needed, however out of pride and deceit, they lost it. This book teaches a lot of things. The book also shows God as a compassionate God. It is a book that teaches that no matter what the devil said he can offer you, God's agenda is always much better than his own.

I do not have negative aspects for the book. The author properly describes biblical events in such a way that anyone that reads it will understand what the book is talking about. He broke the entire story into parts, telling the story in the most comprehensive manner, using very simple language. One can learn about the conversations of the Father, Son and Spirit with regards to creation. They discussed among themselves about the state of the human race, after they left the garden, and plans of mercy upon them.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because it seems professionally edited, with very little grammatical errors. The book deserves that since the author made efforts to tell his story using simple language. This book is a narrative book that breaks down Bible stories, with reading comprehension.

The book is recommended for people who love to read Bible stories, stories broken part by part. It is a book for those who read more on religion, so if you want something on religion, you will find this book a nice read. This book is primarily-centred on the book of Genesis in the Bible, so if you want to know more about the book of Genesis, then go for this book. It is a narrative book of religion, a book for Christians, and anyone else interested in Christian stories.
