This book sounds like an interesting read. Four semi immortal beings and their adventure seems like a must read. I'll check this one out later. Thanks for the review.

The plot with a mix of adventure, intrigue and romance in a paranormal setting is a fresh take on immortality. Fans of this genre must be excited to read this especially with the highest rating hiven. Congrats!

Wow, what a book! When I read the quick blurb from Smashwords, I'd made the decision to pass. When I read your review, I changed my mind. I'm hooked and downloaded a free copy. It sounds like a grown-up, detailed version of Tuck Everlasting. Thank you for making this book free today.

Thank you for this a well-written review. I can not wait to start reading this book. The fact that the storyline is segmented for character development sounds great. I think it will make for an interesting read. Your review has increased my interest in the book. I enjoy reading books with an immortal theme, so I think I will enjoy this book.

Very intriguing topic, I like the addition of suspense to historical fiction. I enjoyed the sample and want to read the first book before this one. I’m also fascinated by religious themes so this is perfect!

Thanks for the review. This novel sounds like a book in the series. I guess this action-packed book will entertain many readers just like how the reviewer enjoyed reading it. Semi-mortal characters are the added attraction to keep the readers engaged with the story. Looks like, the theme of assassination and secret organization cover a major part of the story.

The Noble Mercenary by Patrick John Donahoe is the second book in The Fellowship of the Ancient Covenant series. It is a #HistoricalFiction that follows the #Adventure of the semi-immortal beings (Ian, Jacques, Serena, and Desiree) as they help to resolve complex cases.

I wanted to read the first book before reading this one. I don't like books with unresolved supreme conflict at the end.

Thanks for the review.

From a sampling, this was an interesting historical fiction story concerning French knights, a quest for immortality and the time period surrounding the crusades. Well done.

I am not a fan of historical books but I like the fact that the story contains adventure and a lot of different Cultures.

Great! It takes us back to knights and semi immortals: what a combination. I couldn't help but wonder what's next in this instalment. Thank you for your review!

It seems like the story covering many 100s of years would be interesting, as it follows four semi-immortal beings who are more than 900 years old. Ian, Jacques, Serena, and Desiree would have to adapt to the times and cultures in each era. Flying fighter jets during WWII and being knights in Jerusalem would give a lot of variety to the story.

Excellent review! It was just as you described the book: exciting and fast paced! I love the idea of the storyline and even though this book doesn’t seem like it would normally interest me, I’m intrigued and just may have to add this trilogy to my list to read next!!!

Action packed and full of the adventures of the group of semi-immortal beings trying to protect everyone from the Select. As book two in the series, I'm sure the first was equally as enthralling. Great review.
