The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop: Poops you find on a sniffari, or, what I ate before my butler could stop me! is a children's story written by M Jackson, Mr Beckham, Lucky, and Peanut. I have read many children's books. But I think this one is unusual. I have never come across themes of this nature, nor have I ever thought of a children's book exploring such themes. Yet the book is fun, informative, and inspires children to allow their brains to roam without bounds: to think beyond the conventional, beyond the ordinary.

The book takes children through the adventure of poop testing, as undertaken by the beagles featured in this book. The beagles go sniffaring and come across a variety of different poops, like hedgehog poop, chicken poop, bunny poop, swan poop, possum poop, fish poop, cat poop, horse poop, sheep poop, goat poop, and cow poop.

In this book, the beagles relate their experiences with such fun and depth. The beagles explore each poop, stating its smell, taste, texture, and rating. Their enthusiasm is charming, turning an otherwise strange adventure into something delightful. The beagles make really funny comments about some poops and what they feel like doing with them. They even present readers with their favorites and recommendations! And what more? There is a list at the end of the book showing the poops according to the order of their appeal, beginning from the best down to the least.

This book was a remarkable read. It tickled my funny bone even as it highlighted the beauty of imagination, innovation, and adventure. For these reasons, I rate it five out of five stars.

The language is simple. The illustrations are okay. Although not that bright, they added to the narrative's appeal. I would love to see better artwork in a subsequent edition. But this issue didn't affect my reading, which is why I didn't deduct any stars. The editing was spotless.
