The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop: Poops you find on a sniffari, or, what I ate before my butler could stop me! is a children's book. Mr. Beckham, Lucky, and Peanut wrote this book and dictated it to M. Jackson. A beagle has gathered information through years of experience to create this book.

This book focuses on the different types of poop a beagle may encounter throughout his life. Each chapter deals with a particular animal and its poop. The book rates each type of poop on different scales and then provides a final score for them. This book is a manual for other beagles to follow. It will help any beagle who is looking for new types of poop. At the end of the book, the best poop comes forth. I encourage you to read the book yourself to find out which poop is best.

There is artwork at the beginning of every chapter. Ros Webb illustrates the book with a unique style. It made me feel as if a child had drawn these pictures. This style is fitting for the book and its subject matter.

The writing is stylized and convincing. I truly felt like a beagle had written the text. Even as a human, I began to contrast and compare the different types of fecal matter as if I were a beagle. Is goat poop worth it for all the trouble the goat will cause? Is rare possum poop worth looking for? This reaction from me is a testament to the quality of the writing.

Some people may be disgusted by the details listed in the book about poop. One needs to think like a beagle to be able to understand the contents of the book. If one has the mindset of a beagle, humor readily presents itself. I had a lot of fun reading it.

The only issue I had with the book is that the beagles call their human friends their butlers. Given how beagles look and act in real life, I don't think they have this mindset. I would say that this personality of superiority is more fit for cats, given how they act so mighty around humans. This disagreement might just be because I am biased toward dogs. I still enjoyed my time with the book.

I did not spot any grammatical errors or editing mistakes in the text. It seems well-edited. There is no profanity. The writing suits the subject matter. The artwork fits the style of the book. It serves as an excellent children's book. I found nothing to dislike about the book. Accounting for the above points, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Any child will have a great time with the book.

"I never expected someone to make a book about this. Especially since its genre is children's literature. However, I think it's an interesting idea, considering the premise offered by this book. Reading your review also makes me interested in reading this book. Thank you for writing this review."
Your Sincerely
