Many books could be read aloud to young children for various purposes, including entertainment, teaching values, and putting them to sleep. Have you ever wished you could find a book whose pages enticed you or a picture book whose straightforward plot taught you something? A beautifully created and written bedtime novel for every youngster is Wait a Minute by Steve William Laible. Any child—naughty, mischievous, peaceful, or well-behaved—and any adult interested in children's books would enjoy this book.

The story starts by describing Stevie Tenderheart, the protagonist and also a child, and his undying love for his bed. Stevie is a thrilled little boy with a creative mind. His playful and nurturing affection sometimes makes him be considered silly because mischief is always lurking around him, whether he is finding it or it's finding him.

I loved reading this book. Stevie expressed his affection for his bed, and this could enlighten children about how important rest is. The author also elaborates on the additional things and animals Stevie enjoyed sharing his bed space with, with very nice pictures. Stevie was also careful about his choices, considering how they would affect him and reflecting on his mother's advice about snacking at night, which could enlighten children about good habits.

WAM indeed, because just when you thought you had heard it all, there is something else that Stevie wants to add, perhaps even more critical. It's amusing yet lovely, and I have no dislikes for this book. However, I found a few grammatical errors while reading, but these were just a few, and because I liked this book, I will rate it 5 out of 5 stars. But aside from that, it is an excellent bedtime storybook. To think it is based on a true story is astonishing and impressive. I recommend this book to every household as a bedtime story for all sleepyhead children.
