Dr. Marsha, an Australian kangaroo doctor, receives an invitation from her cousin Milton Marsupial, a mayor of Washington, to come to Washington along with team Terence, the Toad, and Louie, the Lllama, to solve the mystery of missing hotdogs and marshmallows before July 4th. Mayor Milton invites the best animals from all over the world to solve the case. After quite a sarcastic discussion between all the animals, the culprit confesses to stealing hotdogs and marshmallows. Who was the culprit? Will Dr. Marsha come up with the perfect solution that will make everyone happy and satisfied? To find out, read "Dr. Marsha and the Case of the Missing Hotdogs and Marshmallows" by Dr. Rachael B. Wellner.

"Dr. Marsha and the Case of the Missing Hotdogs and Marshmallows" by Dr. Rachael B. Wellner is a beautiful illustrative children's book promoting basic health education, like eating healthy foods as an alternative to junk food. Through the use of characters like Dr. Marsha, Terence, and Louie, she promoted health education in young minds by weaving creativity, adventure, and cultural competence. My favorite character was Dr. Marsha, an intelligent doctor who was enthusiastic about solving problems. From the hilarious hunger thoughts of Terence to the sarcastic comments of all the animals in the meeting room, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book.

I loved the writing of Dr. Rachael, which was fluid with a quirky message and vibrant illustrations. I found there were no grammatical errors, and the book was exceptionally edited to make a young audience grasp the message of healthy eating easily.

In my opinion, I rate "Dr. Marsha and the Case of the Missing Hotdogs and Marshmallows" by Dr. Rachael B. Wellner five out of five stars for promoting basic health education in a creative and fun way. There was truly nothing I disliked about this book. I recommend this book to parents and teachers who are looking to create awareness about conscious, healthy eating choices among children.
