Welcome into the dog's world of delicacies (poop) as they highlight in this book the different kinds of poops they will always salivate for. The beagles discuss the smell of different poops, their texture, and taste, and even give an overall score for each poop. Although their butler doesn't accept the beagles eating, smelling, or rolling in these poops, the beagles always find a way to do so when their butler isn't attentive. The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop is a short, silly comic children's book narrated from a beagle's point of view. Get a copy to find out which poop has the highest score and the beagle's favorite.

I can't imagine having just read a book about poop. I guess I was addicted to the comics in the book. I couldn't help but chuckle at how the beagles described different poops by saying that it was yummy poop, and if you haven't tried it, you totally should. That will be the most attractive feature of the book for the kids. The book's illustrations and different background colors for each page add some liveliness. I really appreciate that the illustrator didn't add poop anywhere in the book because it could have been terrible for my ribs.

However, I encountered minor negatives in the book. Sometimes, the book uses long, complex sentences, which will challenge kids when reading. The use of simple sentences in such cases could have been better. The font is also problematic to view in the ebook version, but I hope it is okay on a hard copy. Otherwise, since the book is also suitable for adult readers, the dislike cannot affect the book's rating.

The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop is professionally edited. Its story is funny and relatable to dog owners. Therefore, I will rate the book 5 out of 5 stars, having not found any solid negatives. I recommend the book to kids and anyone who can find humor in a poop story.
