Steve William Laible has authored many children's books with more than six hundred positive reviews on Goodreads. This book meets his reputation. Stevie wants to be in one place only: his bed. So, Stevie tries to fill his bed with all his favourite things, from animals to vegetables. He even invites a baby dinosaur! Grab a copy of the book to take your child through the adventure.

I simply loved reading this book. There were a plethora of things that I liked. Firstly, some words were either in bold or were coloured brightly, which was useful for catching children's attention. Furthermore, Stevie was penned out as someone with whom every child can relate. He loved animals, especially puppies and dinosaurs; he was very imaginative, not to mention that he liked a sneaky midnight snack. Additionally, the language used was simple to grasp, but it also presented opportunities to pick up fresh vocabulary and idiomatic expressions within the given context, making it a valuable learning experience. The length of the sentences was just right to hold the attention of a child. They were neither too long nor too short. In addition to this, there were many humour-filled scenes and a narration that could make any child chuckle. Your child will learn so much from this book. Lastly, the illustrations were brightly coloured and vividly drawn. Nancy Watson did a very good job. The book was professionally edited, with no grammar errors that I could spot.

There was nothing I did not like about the book. Children between the ages of three and nine will love this book. Parents must buy this book since it can put your kid to sleep in a single read. Considering all the above arguments, I rate this book five out of five stars. I could not find a reason to deduct any stars.
