Stevie Tenderheart is a dreamer. He dreams big and lets his imagination go wild but somehow there's usually something wrong with whatever he comes up with. When he realizes this, he dreams up something else but ends up realising what's wrong with what he's come up with, which prompts him to dream up something totally different. So the cycle continues. Stevie likes his bed very much and wants to go everywhere with his bed and do everything in it. He realizes it would be a logistical nightmare to go into his wardrobe with his bed. That's how his dreaming begins on this day.

I believe the most vital lesson this book teaches is for children and everyone to always consider the consequences of any action they plan to take and to see whether they would be able to live with those consequences. This is an extremely important skill people have to develop starting from childhood. The author has taught this lesson through this book in a very funny and subtle manner. This is one of the best ways to teach a life lesson.

I also liked the illustrations in the book and how some of the words had different colours. As is right for a children's book especially, this book was edited quite well and the absence of any errors made my reading smooth and enjoyable.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. Therefore, I rate it five out of five stars.

Wait a Minute is a children's book by Steve William Laible that is slightly goofy and is infused with loads of humour. I recommend it to children who enjoy silly stories or antics and adults who like same. It might be good to read this book to children or even grown-ups who seem to find trouble and who need to think of consequences before they act.
