This children's book is so cute and the story beautifully talks about Heaven and Hell in a way that is absorbable to kids. The way the author ties in the story to the over reaching theme of spreading the word of God makes it easy for kids to grasp the idea, while also presenting specific instances that correlate with the bibles teachings. This book uses a basic family structure to show kids a lesson that relates to their everyday lives. By putting these lessons in a way that is easily understood by kids it will have an effective impact on how they perceive spreading the word. I enjoyed the way the story progressed and was able to explain topics in a way that would not scare children, but show them the ways they can avoid the scary situations as well as showing other people the light of God.
This book has exceptional grammar and little to no errors. The illustration is clean and fun with details kids can easily see. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to show their children a realistic but age appropriate depiction of Heaven and Hell and the benefit spreading the word of God can have on their friends and families. This is a well written Christian based book that has specific notations from the bible and presents them in a way that helps children retain the information into adulthood. Along with the illustration being easy to interpret for a child of any age, the descriptive writing allows for children to attain their own imagery of what heaven and hell are like as well as coming up with ways that they can spread the word of God to everyone they know. This book really relays the importance of belief for themselves and ministry to others.
