The story is about how Emma dreams of Heaven and Hell and shares her experience with her family. The parents who are kind and gentle patiently listen to her experiences and her sister, Beth, shows her excitement throughout that she was a part of these dreams too. Emma explains how she visualises Heaven in her dreams with a large rainbow and not needing any light, since Jesus was the light that illuminated the Heaven. That it was neither cold nor too hot, just perfect. She also explained her the streets were of gold and there was a house made of gold with a large gate. She further went on to explain more about the house with its doors and various rooms.

Further, Emma also shares another of her dreams where she gets a glimpse of God and how similar he seemed to Jesus and that they looked almost the same age. She also explained how the angels wore white and there was abundance of food and pleasures in the place. Her father was all too eager to read from the Bible and validate her experience through it. Emma and Beth were extremely content with the explanations provided. Emma's experience of meeting Queen Esther and Noah was also included.

Once Emma dreamt of Hell and was very scared. Upon comforting by her mother, she discloses how horrible her experience was of Hell. She explained how she saw people is complete misery, hungry and unclothed. There was sadness and foreboding everywhere. Peo ple were being bitten by worms and there was hallowed cries all around. Scared Emma did have a takeaway from this experience also. Just like Heaven, she realised, Hell was as real.

The book aims at educating parents and children to understand how salvation can be attained by following the teachings of the Bible and how learning from Jesus we can make way to Heaven and avoid sins hat lead us to Hell. It is a wonderful way to teach children how to live with peace, harmony, love and forgiveness.

Though the intent of the story is wonderful, for me the writing was weak and did not quite lend a new or fresh perspective. If the writers had woven a less obvious story to deliver the message, it would've been more impactful. Right now the premise seems to be extremely mundane and sermonising. With children of the world, today, these kind of premises are not acceptable. They find these preachy and therefore the objective of this book would not serve.

Even though the book is well intended it is not poised for meeting its objective.
