This was a very well written book for the average Christian family. Showing children different Bible verses in a way that can be easily understood in a child's mind. I would venture to say that this book works best between the ages of probably four to 12. The illustrations were done well and very Tastefully. Although images of hell where the child saw that no one had hair and most people in the images did was a little contradicting but not to the point that it really matters. I also liked how the Bible verses found by the parents were listed in the bottom of the book to refer to within the Bible. I think the only real Improvement is that the two children are only female. Having a brother in the story Would Have Made It more applicable within families. I liked the simple explanations about how Jesus died for our sins. It will be a great resource to use for my own small children when explaining why Jesus is so important in our household. I think the pictures are very nice touch and can help explain in some ways why Heaven is considered to be so beautiful. I also like that the detail was not so intense as to be terrifying or would push a child into rushing to meet our savior. It provides simplistic but great information for the average Christian household. In general this was a spectacular religious children's book! I would definitely rate this a 4 out of 5
