Inca and her family had just arrived in Sri Lanka. This was her first time in this golden country. Her mom had brought her here to get away from the busy life that comes with working. Inca did not mind this vacation one bit. The quiet experience she had envisioned disappeared when she heard her mom talking about a stolen artifact. That was wrong on all levels. The culprit had to be caught. The only problem was that no one knew who the culprit was. They did not know whether it was a man or a woman. They did not even know if they were working alone. Even though Inca had little information to work with, she decided to get to the bottom of the case. Putting her detective hat on and holding onto her metaphorical magnifying glass, Inca's work began. Will she be able to catch the thief before it is too late?

Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R.F. Kristi is a book about the adventures of a cat. I love cats. I respect them. This book gave me a chance to see this beloved animal in action. I liked this feature the most in the book. Yes, I know that it both entertained and informed me. That does not mean that I was not in awe of the brilliance of the cat named Inca. She is just as I imagined most cats would be if they decide to get into the detective business.

I have given myself the task of reading every book that chronicles Inca's adventure. I want to read more about her and her little team. R.F. Kristi is now an author I have placed on a very high pedestal. She told this story well and made me feel like I saw everything she wrote about. Because of that, I have no regrets about reading this. She also flawlessly edited Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat.

Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat taught me about Sri Lanka. Indeed, it does not touch on so many things about that country. Nevertheless, it gave me a hint of what I should expect whenever I go there. It showed me a fragment of its beauty.

I rate Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat 4 out of 4 stars because it is a great book. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The ultimate reason for such a rating was that I liked everything I saw in it. If you love books about cats keeping diaries about their adventures, read this book. It will take you on a ride and show you some of the things the brave Inca has dared to do. You will thank me for recommending this book to you.
