Inca was never one to turn away from a good case of crime. She lives for adventure and the thrill of solving crime cases. It is little wonder that she turned out to be a detective. As the founder and head of Inca & Company, she decides when a case is worth pursuing and when it is not. A trip to Sri Lanka was supposed to be her big break from crime-solving. It turns out that the universe would have none of that. News of the theft of a priceless ancient sword got to her. Will she answer the universe’s call to do her magic again? Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R.F. Kristi is a story about new friendships, crime, and the actions of a good-hearted cat.

One of my favorite aspects of Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat was how beautifully the author, R. F. Kristi, described Sri Lanka's beaches. I have never been to that country, but I have heard of the beauty of its seas, beaches, and animals. The way these things are described makes me want to go there someday. I liked the time the author spent giving this beautiful description. That is what I have grown to like the most in Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat.

I also liked that the author used this book to teach many lessons. One such example is how some animals look and what they eat. The turtle had more than 60 seconds of fame in this story. R.F. Kristi also described what an elephant looks like for those who have never seen one. She included pictures from time to time to aid these descriptions.

On the issue of dislikes, that is pretty much non-existent for me. Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R.F. Kristi taught us valuable lessons while also entertaining us. I do not regret reading this book. Even though I see that this is primarily for a very young audience, I enjoyed every part of the book. It had pictures to illustrate some parts of the story. It was short, so it was a quick read. It lacked errors, so it was exceptionally well-edited. Lastly, it taught me a lot. I did not dislike anything in Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat.

I liked Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat so much. R.F. Kristi did an excellent job of providing an educational and entertaining book for both young and old readers. Who says that anyone is too old to read a simple book with pictures in it? I liked everything about this, from the cover to all its content. That is why I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat will teach young readers a lot about life and the world around them. The young readers may be under the age of 12. Just because of how it is written does not mean that adults or older readers can not also enjoy its content. So, I recommend it to anybody who wants a quick read about cats doing serious detective work.
