If you are like me, and you have never heard or read about a team of detective cats and their work companions, a dog, and some other animals, then you are in for a treat. If you have children at home, now is the time to call them because this book was written specifically for them.

Inca is a cat, but not just that; she is a detective, and she is superb at what she does. She believes in herself a lot and employs the assistance of her brother, Fromage, and her friends to solve detective cases. This time the plot is set in Indonesia, and that is where their detective skills are applied. Their mom went to Indonesia on holiday. A situation arose in the museum. Apparently, someone stole an artifact from the museum, and the nosy cat, Inca, and her team of detectives decided to get involved. Please read this book to follow them on their journey as they traverse this path of investigation.

What's not to like about this book? This book is well-written and exceptionally well-edited. The author put in the work. Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat is the perfect book for kids. There is so much that children can learn from Inca the cat. Her courage and confidence are things I would like to see children emulate. I would also like to see children emulate her determined spirit. It is absolutely beautiful to see.

While I encourage curiosity among kids, I don't think being snoopy is a good idea. This is not something I would like my kids to copy from Inca. Besides this shortcoming, the book was excellent.

I have referred to this above, but to emphasize my point, I recommend this book to kids of all ages.

Finally, this book has impressed me so much that I think it deserves 4 out of 4 stars. All thanks to the author, R.F. Kristi, I now have a great book to recommend to my siblings.
